International Keynote Speaker
Speaker on human dignity, responsibility and the maturity of power.
Maria Dolores works on a question that sits underneath most of the others: what happens when our capability grows faster than our responsibility?
She is the creator of The Human Constitution, a framework of rights and responsibilities that belongs to no religion and no political side.
Her perspective draws from 25 years in leadership, HR and organisational development across public and private sectors, followed by seven years working with death and grief, including approximately 1,500 funeral ceremonies.
She speaks to leaders, institutions and conferences about power, maturity and what we owe one another.

Signature keynotes
Power with Dignity
Leadership, trust, and the cost of authority without responsibility
Every organisation gives people power and quietly assumes maturity comes with it. It doesn't. Maria has spent decades watching what happens when authority runs ahead of responsibility, and she knows what it costs: trust, good people, and the honesty a team needs to say hard things. This is a talk about leading so that people are strengthened rather than diminished by your power.
For executive teams, boards, organisational leaders and public institutions.
Human Maturity in the Age of AI
Who takes responsibility when capability outruns us?
AI does not arrive into a neutral world. It arrives in institutions with very different relationships to power, trust and authority. Maria asks the question the technology conversation tends to skip: not what AI can do, but whether we are mature enough to hold what it can do.
For organisations navigating AI adoption, technology leaders, policymakers and institutions.
The Responsibility Test
What 1,500 funerals taught me about leading people
At the end of a life, what remains is not performance. It is whether people were treated with dignity. Maria has stood in that moment approximately 1,500 times, and it changed how she thinks about leadership: how we speak to people, whether we tell them the truth, and whether we treat them as a role or as a person. This is a talk about how to live and work in a way that holds up at the end.
For leadership conferences, healthcare and care organisations, and professionals working with crisis and loss.
